We all know about Nokia’s comeback in 2017. As per recent reports, the company is gearing up to make its presence at MWC 2017 which is scheduled in February 2017. Nokia has partnered with HMD Global to create mobile phones and tablets for the next 10 years.
The company has not revealed the name or details about its upcoming mobiles as of now; however, the internet has already surfaced with rumors and leaks of upcoming Nokia smartphones. A new Nokia mobile has appeared recently which is gaining popularity because of its enhanced music experience. Let’s explore what Nokia is rumored to offer in 2017…
Nokia XpressMusic NX
It is the latest addition to rumor mills. The smartphone is expected to get launched in 2017. The smartphone seems like a massive and blocky piece of metal at the first sight, but it is pretty interesting in terms of design.
The device has set of speakers positioned at the corners. It has a Carl Zeiss camera with autofocus features. The smartphone is believed to get open (probably slide out) at the screen part which later reveals a QWERTY keyboard. It also features a front-facing camera.
The Nokia XpressMusic has capacitive buttons on its front panel for navigation. The primary camera is positioned at the left side of the smartphone which looks impractical.
The Nokia XpressMusic somehow seems like an E-series mobiles than the XpressMusic. The handset will run on Windows 10 Phone OS. In addition, some renders of headphone also grabbing the eyeballs because of its unique diamond-like pattern.
As of now, the Nokia XpressMusic NX is still termed as concept phone; hence the specifications and features might be with a pinch of salt.
Nokia Prism
Nokia Prism is another concept from the company which looks awkward in numerous ways. The design of the smartphone is unique and interesting, but at the same time, the shape and size of the Prism are impractical for normal smartphone usage. The device might put you in discomfort as it is barely fit in two hands and for one hand users, this one is possibly not for you.
According to the concept, the Nokia Prism is expected to run on Windows Phone OS.
Nokia D1C
The Nokia D1C is the much-rumored smartphone which had almost covered the internet when its first leaks appeared. The Nokia D1C is expected to be an Android mobile with glass back casing. The smartphone is expected to feature 2K resolution display.
It will be equipped with a Snapdragon 820 or Snapdragon 430 processor coupled with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The device will have a fingerprint scanner embedded in the Home button. For photography, it will have a 13MP primary rear camera with 8MP front-facing camera.
Nokia C1
