Samsung has launched its Galaxy C7 Pro smartphone two months ago in China and the company has now introduced a Galaxy C5 Pro in China. The Samsung Galaxy C5 Pro is priced at CNY 2,499 (roughly Rs 24,000). The device is already up for pre-order on company’s China website. The Samsung Galaxy C5 Pro will be made available from March 16, in China.
Similar to the Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro, the Galaxy C5 Pro will feature a metal unibody design language. The phone will be available in Maple Leaf, Powder Rose, and Lake Blue colour options. The antenna bands of the device are visible on the top and bottom side of the rear panel.
The primary rear camera is located in the top centre of the back panel, while the front panel shows a physical home button with integrated fingerprint scanner. On the bottom edge, there is a speaker grille, a 3.5mm audio jack, and the USB Type-C port. The left edge includes volume rockers whereas the right edge places power button on it.
Coming to the specifications, the Samsung Galaxy C5 Pro features a 5.2-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) Super AMOLED display. Most of the specifications of the Galaxy C5 Pro resembles with Galaxy C7 Pro. The Galaxy C5 Pro come equipped with a 2.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 octa-core paired with 4GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage, and external storage up to 256GB via microSD card.
The Samsung Galaxy C5 Pro offers a 16MP primary rear camera with flash and f/1.9 aperture. Up front, it has a 16MP lens which is capable of recording full HD (1080p) videos at 30 fps. It is a hybrid dual-SIM mobile and runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. The device boasts a 2600mAh battery which is claimed to deliver up to 296 hours of standby time. The connectivity option on the device includes 4GB LTE, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS, NFC, 3.5mm audio jack, and USB Type-C port.
The Samsung Galaxy C5 Pro measures dimensions at 145.7×71.4x7mm and weighs 145 grams. The sensors onboard include an accelerometer, fingerprint scanner, proximity, gyroscope, RGB light sensor, and magnetometer.
