The Meizu Pro 7 is the upcoming flagship smartphone from Meizu which has appeared several times on the internet in leaks and rumours. Previously, a number of Meizu Pro 7 images have hinted its resemblance with the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge due to its dual-curve display. But a fresh leak has revealed some key specifications of the upcoming mobile sans the Galaxy S7 Edge-like dual curved display. According to an Android Headlines report, the Meizu Pro 7 will come with a titanium alloy body to add strength and sturdiness to the device.
Based on the leaked images, the Meizu Pro 7 is totally different from what was expected after the earlier leaks. The device shown in the image resembles with the Meizu Pro 6 and Pro 6s and no Galaxy S7 Edge-like dual curve display. In addition, the Meizu Pro 7 will come with a 5.7-inch 4K display. It will have a 12MP camera with Sony’s IMX362 sensor on the rear panel with a 1.4um pixel size.
Furthermore, the leak revealed that the Meizu Pro 7 will be offered in three variants- 4GB, 6GB, and 8GB of RAM. All these models will offer 128GB of internal storage. The handset will come equipped with a 64-bit MediaTek Helio X30 deca-core processor. Moreover, the images leaked on Anzhou are believed to the Meizu’s official marketing material, as the images remind you of the standard promo shots of Meizu mobiles. Meizu hasn’t confirmed anything about the Pro 7 smartphone, so the leaks might have with a pinch of salt.
The leak has also put a light on the pricing of the 8GB RAM variant of the Meizu Pro 7. It hints that the device will be priced at 3,799 Yuan (roughly Rs 38,000). The previous leaks were suggesting that the 6GB RAM model of Meizu Pro 7 will come with 64GB and 128GB of internal storage. The 6GB RAM + 64GB of internal storage variant would cost RMB 2,699 (roughly Rs 26,700) and 6GB RAM + 128GB of storage variant at RMB 3,099 (roughly Rs 30,700).
