LG G6 Spotted in Live Image with Dual-Camera, Glossy Back

LG’s G6 smartphone has been leaked and spotted multiple times in the past and now a new live image of the smartphone has received which indicates glossy rear panel, dual-camera module, and more. The design of the upcoming mobile was revealed several times in the past and a report from Business Insider has shared a new image of LG G6 which is believed to be the near-final version of the smartphone.

The new leaked image revealed the rear panel design of the device which has confirmed the dual-camera presence on the back panel together with the fingerprint scanner. One of the most noteworthy things specified in the leaked live images is the shiny rear panel on the G6 which could be a high-end or limited edition variant of the device. The shiny rear panel could be LG’s take on the Jet Black variant of the iPhone 7. The live image also confirms G6 branding at the rear.

The report also speculates that the dual-camera module on the G6 might be capable of adding bokeh effect in photographs similar to the iPhone 7 Plus. The LG G6 smartphone is expected to be released at the company’s event ahead of MWC 2017 on February 26 in Barcelona. The event is scheduled to begin on February 26 at 12.00pm CET (4.30pm IST).

The preliminary leaks of the LG G6 revealed that the smartphone will feature a 5.7 –inch display that was bragged by LG Display last month. The smartphone is expected to come in an unusual aspect ratio of 2:1. The previous latest report also claimed that the G6 flagship smartphone will be the first device to come with Google Assistant besides Google Pixel.

The smartphone is anticipated to feature waterproofing competency and this is believed to be one of the causes which forced LG to ditch the removable battery from the flagship smartphone. LG G6 is expected to boast Snapdragon 821 processor as Samsung has saved the latest Snapdragon 835 processors for its flagship Galaxy S8 smartphone. The company had already confirmed that it will ditch the modular functionality which was present in last year’s LG G5.
