Lenovo has added a new member Yoga Tab 3 Plus to its Yoga family at this year’s IFA. The newly released tablet features a 10.1-inch display, Android 6.0 OS, and JBL speakers. The device is an entertainment-centric tablet as it offers high-quality audio and video.
Talking about the display of Yoga Tab 3 Plus, the tablet supports resolution of 1440p or 2K on its massive 10.1-inch screen. The display also incorporates the Technicolor Color Enhance which is claimed to deliver a cinema-like entertainment experience thanks to its picture rendering technology. The multimedia experience is enhanced with its 10-point multitouch IPS display.
In addition, the Yoga Tab 3 Plus is loaded with four front-facing speakers which are powered by JBL that supports Atmos 3D surround sound processing by Dolby. Although, the Pico projector feature in Yoga Tab 3 is missing in latest Yoga Tab 3 Plus. For uninterrupted entertainment, the tablet comes with a 9300mAh battery which is claimed to deliver 18 hours of backup.
The Lenovo Yoga Tab 3 Plus tablet is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 processor with Adreno 510 GPU, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of NAND flash storage. The company is aiming here to deliver an Android-powered tablet which is competent to offer the best mobile entertainment system for its users which is up to the par with advanced computing devices.
The device offers quick charging technology with the help of USB Type-C 24w fast charger which is included within the package. Similar to the other tablets in its Yoga series, the Yoga 3 Plus comes with a kickstand on its back that flexibility to users to stand, tilt, hang or hold the tablet.
Optics on Yoga Tab 3 includes a 13MP primary rear camera and a 5MP front selfie shooter. The device supports USB Type-C port for charging and connectivity. The device also supports Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac and LTE (optional) connectivity. The device has a premium chassis made from metal, leather, and plastic. The shipment of Yoga Tab 3 Plus will start from October and the price for the Wi-Fi only variant will be $299 (roughly Rs. 20,000).
