The Indian smartphone space was so much excited about the new Samsung C-series of smartphones when the company released two devices called as the Galaxy C5 and Galaxy C7 in China last year. But the two smartphones never released out of the Chinese shore. The South Korean tech giant has recently unveiled the Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro smartphone in India and the expectations for the Galaxy C5 Pro launch has reached the peak. We expect that the Samsung Galaxy C5 Pro might get launched in India sometime in June.
The Samsung Galaxy C5 Pro was launched back in March this year in China. Later, the smartphone went live in Hong Kong market. This hints that the Galaxy C5 Pro will soon get released in the other international markets as well.
Samsung Galaxy C5 Pro: Specifications
Coming to the specifications, the Samsung Galaxy C5 Pro features a 5.2-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) Super AMOLED display and flaunts an all metal body. The device is powered by a 2.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 626 octa-core chipset paired with 4GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage, and option to upgrade the storage up to 256GB via microSD card.

The device features Samsung’s iconic rectangular physical home button which also doubles as the fingerprint sensor. The power button is placed at the right edge. And, the volume rockers are located at the left edge of the device. The latest mobile runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS. The device comes preloaded with security and privacy apps like Secure Folder and Private mode.
Coming to the camera department, the Galaxy C5 Pro offers a 16MP primary rear camera with autofocus f/1.9 aperture, full-HD video recording at 30fps, and LED flash. Up front, there is a 16MP sensor as well with similar specifications as the rear one. Lastly, the device packs a 2600mAh battery.
The confirmed price and availability details of the Samsung Galaxy C5 Pro have not received from the company. Though, the smartphone is expected to be launched sometime in June at price around Rs 24,200.
Just to recall, the Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro has just launched in India and it will be available on sale from April 11. The Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro features a 5.7-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) Super AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection. The device boasts a 2.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 octa-core processor along with 4GB of RAM. The company insists that the Galaxy C7 Pro is not just a slim and pretty looking device but is also a Pro performer.
