Titan-owned Fastrack is one of the most popular watch brands in India. Fastrack is known for its trendy and stylish watches targeted for youth. The company has now taken a step further with the launch of its new activity tracker called Fastrack Reflex in India. The Fastrack Reflex is competent to track activity and sleep data and is priced at Rs 1,995.
Similar to the Fastrack watches, the Reflex features youth-centric design and style. The device is available in different colours and dual-colour bands. The Reflex is priced very competitively as it is targeted at youth. It is compatible with Android mobiles and iOS devices. Furthermore, it supports notifications for text messages, phone calls, and vibration alarms.
It has a sedentary reminder which reminds you to walk if you have been inactive for a while. It has built-in Bluetooth for connectivity.
The Fastrack Reflex is said to be splash resistant by the company. This means that the device can’t be worn while taking a shower or swimming. The tracker will be initially available in offline stores. The Fastrack Reflex can be purchased from Fastrack, World of Titan and other retail stores across the country.
The Fastrack Reflex will compete against the Xiaomi Mi Band 2 smartwatch as both reside in the same price range. Moreover, the Mi Band 2 features a passive heart rate sensor which is unavailable in Fastrack Reflex. Though, Reflex has everything which a buyer expects from an activity tracker as the passive heart sensor does not track the heart rate continuously.
Last year, Titan had launched its smartwatch called Juxt Pro in India for a price of Rs 22,995. The Titan Juxt Pro features a 1.3-inch IPS display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection and 278ppi pixel density. The watch is powered by a 1GHz Intel dual-core processor paired with 512MB of RAM and 4GB of internal storage. The device receives juice from a 450mAh battery.
The Titan Juxt Pro can be paired with Android mobiles running on version 4.4 and above, and iOS device via the Titan Juxt app and Bluetooth. The Titan Juxt Pro can resist water up to 30 meter. The Juxt Pro measures dimensions at 49.5×50.2×15.2mm.
