Gigaset GS-53 features
Gigaset handset that was unveiled in Berlin. The Gigaset ME features a Gorilla Glass 3 protected 5-inch display with a resolution of 1080 x 1920. That is a pixel density of 441ppi. The Snapdragon 615 MSM8939 is under the hood, although the octa-core CPU has been underclocked to 1.5GHz. The Adreno 405 GPU handles graphics. 3GB of RAM is inside, along with 32GB of expandable internal storage. Both the rear camera (13 MP) and the front-facing camera (8 MP) feature an f/2.0 aperture, allowing you to take pictures in low-light conditions. A fingerprint scanner is included and the phone offers dual SIM capabilities. A 3000mAh battery (with QuickCharge 2.0) powers the device, which does support 4G LTE connectivity. Android 5.1 is pre-installed with the Gigaset UI running on top.
