Swipe mobiles recently launched a new smartphone in India which appears to be the world’s cheapest dual camera smartphone. The new Swipe Elite Dual comes with a price tag of Rs 3,999 in India; however, the deal gets even affordable when an instant cashback offer of Rs 2,200 by Reliance Jio is availed. This offer could bring down the price as low as Rs 1,799.
The instant cashback is available as a part of Jio Football offer. Using the cashback offer of Rs 2,200, the Swipe Elite Dual can be purchased for an effected price of Rs 1,799. Prior to this, the Intex Aqua Strong 5.1+ was the cheapest dual camera smartphone in India.
Swipe Elite Dual: Specifications
The new Swipe smartphone comes with a 5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) display. The handset is equipped with a 1.3GHz quad-core processor paired with 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage, and external storage of up to 64GB via microSD card. It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat OS.
For photography, there is a dual camera setup at the rear panel that includes a combination of 8MP + 2MP sensors. Swipe is touting its Elite Dual smartphone as ‘The only dual camera for the best portrait shots’. According to the company, the camera module has an additional sensor which is ideal to capture the depth of field to photographs.
The dual camera on Swipe Elite Dual allows you to take photographs in ‘Blur’ mode where the background of the image is blurred. Also, there is a 5MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. A 3000mAh battery juices the device.
Reliance Jio offer for Swipe Elite Dual
Like mentioned above, the Elite Dual smartphone will be eligible for an instant cashback offer of Rs 2,200. The cashback offer will be in the form of Rs 50 vouchers which will be valid for a period of 44 months. The validity of the benefit will start when a Reliance Jio user made a first successful recharge of Rs 198 or Rs 299. This will be a monthly plan and the vouchers should be used with every consequent recharge.
The voucher with the worth of Rs 50 will then be credited to the MyJio app of the user which can be later used. On the Rs 198 or Rs 299 plan, the users will be eligible for unlimited local as well as STD calls, 100 free SMS per day, and 2GB or 3GB of 4G data per day for a period of 28 days.
