Premium headphones brand, Sennheiser has recently launched two wireless headphones in India called as the Sennheiser HD 4.50BTNC and HD 4.40BT. The newly launched headphones are priced at Rs 14,990 and Rs 10,990 respectively. The headphones are made available on company’s e-store and it is expected to be available on leading online stores soon.
The company said in its press release that the Sennheiser HD 4.50BTNC and HD 4.40BT features the audio codec of Bluetooth 4.0 and advanced wireless technology. It also has Apt X that delivers true wireless Hi-Fi sound and stable audio connection. The wireless headsets support NFC technology and have controls to change tracks mounted on its ear-cup. It has integrated microphone to make calls.
The Sennheiser HD 4.50BTNC, as the name suggests, comes with noise cancellation technology. The company calls the technology as NoiseGard active noise cancellation tech and claims it has the ability to filter the ambient noise intelligently. The ear cup mounted controls includes play/pause, previous, next, power, volume, and noise cancellation (on 4.50BTNC) buttons.
The company stated that both the Sennheiser HD 4.50BTNC and HD 4.40BT will able to deliver up to 25 hours of battery life while listening music wirelessly. When users use the ANC, the HD 4.50BTNC still provides up to 19 hours of wireless music listening without any distractions. Furthermore, the users can listen to music on the headphones without battery usage when they use a supplied detachable cable with the headphones.
Both the headphones boasts foldable design. Both headphones feature 32mm drivers, a frequency response of 18-20,000Hz, an impedance of 18 Ohms, and dual omnidirectional microphones. The best part about both headphones is they can be used as traditional wired headsets using the supplied auxiliary cable if the battery is discharged.
Kapil Gulati who is Director of Consumer Segment at Sennheiser India said in the release that the company is excited to launch the two new wireless headsets in the Indian market which will be a perfect companion for every day’s listening pleasure. The headphones are made to provide the ease to carry them with you wherever you feel. The new HD 4 wireless series assures the Sennheiser’s quality. It offers a range of durable and closed-back over-ear headphones which will fulfil users’ daily aural needs, he added in the release.
