Indian Start-Up Pricekart Selected in Top100 APAC 2019 Event by E27

The team at Pricekart is thrilled to have been selected to present their start-up at the Top100 APAC 2019 Event by E27. The Top100 APAC programme is organized by E27. This event is designed to empower insights, connections, talents, funding opportunities and accelerate the next generation of up and coming start-ups in Asia. As of now, only the names of 30 start-ups have been revealed with Pricekart being the only start-up in India to get selected to pitch at this event.

Since 2011, E27 has been selecting top 100 start-ups from all across Asia to present their brand at this event. In a report stated by Gabey Li on E27, to enhance the quality of pitching this year, the programme has shifted to a private pitching competition. In public pitching, start-ups tend not to go beyond PR-approved angles, which is why this time E27 has decided on the concept of private pitching.

The thought behind private pitching is to get more out of every start-up’s pitch which will include crucial company information, answering questions from the investors and a free platform for sharing their ideas.

Pricekart is a leading price comparison website in India, which helps online shoppers find the lowest price, compare products along with the best deals, coupons and offers. Pricekart saves online buyers from the hassles of surfing through various e-commerce websites. This start-up also has its unique voice search, a browser extension and Android app which make it easier for users to compare prices of products on the go.

About the Top100 APAC 2019 Event

The Top100 APAC pitching competition hopes to travel to 17 countries like Singapore, Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar and much more to find Asia’s best start-ups. The start-ups will take their first step to Top100 APAC 2019 and will earn an opportunity to pitch at Echelon Asia Summit 2019. At this Summit, start-ups will be pitching in front of over 15,000 people, which will include investors, partners, mentors and patrons. As this summit gathers many big brand investors and collaborators – all the selected start-ups will get a great exposure through this platform to foster partnerships and investments.
