Lenovo has recently launched the Moto M smartphone in India. The smartphone is offered in two variants based on memory- 3GB RAM with 32GB internal storage is priced at Rs 15,999, whereas the 4GB RAM with 64GB storage variant costs Rs 17,999. The latest mobile will be available exclusively on Flipkart from December 14.
The newly launched Moto M Smartphone is the first Motorola mobile to come with an all-metal body design. It features a 5.5-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) IPS display with 2.5D curved glass on top. The device runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. The Moto M is equipped with a 2.2GHz MediaTek Helio P15 quad-core processor coupled with Mali T860MP2 GPU, 3GB/4GB of RAM, and 32GB/64GB of internal storage.
On the camera front, the Moto M offers a 16MP primary rear camera with dual-tone LED flash, f/2.0 aperture, and PDAF. Up front, there is an 8MP selfie snapper. The device is powered by a 3050mAh battery with fast charging support.
The connectivity options on Moto M include dual-SIM, 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth, USB OTG, 3.5mm audio jack, USB Type-C, and Wi-Fi. The device has a dedicated fingerprint scanner at the back panel and soothes the audiophiles with its Dolby ATMOS support.
Both the variants of Moto M are will be available for purchase on Flipkart from 11.59pm on December 14. The company is offering Rs 1000 discount for Citibank customers and Rs 2000 off when an old smartphone is exchanged. The EMI starts from as low as Rs 776 per month. Moreover, the company is offering Rs 1000 discount to Moto M buyers if they buy Moto Pulse 2 headphones, which will be available for Rs 499 then.
Alongside the Moto M smartphone, other upcoming mobiles such as Moto G5 and G5 Plus are also surfacing the web. As per a report by AndroidSoul, these devices will be launched on March 8, 2017.
Both phones will come with an octa-core processor and flaunt 5.5-inch full HD (1080×1920 pixels) displays. The Moto G4 and G4 Plus that was launched in May this year in India are now available at the lowest price of Rs 10,499 and Rs 13,499 respectively.
