Now, LG mobiles launched its flagship smartphone, the LG V20 in the Indian market which features a dual camera setup alongside the maxed out specifications for a price of Rs 54,999.
Both smartphones feature some top-notch specifications and come with eye-catching designs. But which is the best smartphone among these? Let’s find out.
LG V20 vs Huawei P9
Design and Display
The looks of both devices meet the mark. They give a pleasing feel in the hands. They boast an aerospace class aluminum body. While the P9 comes in a metal unibody design with non-removal battery, the V20 offers a removable rear panel.
Coming to the display, the LG V20 offers a 5.7-inch QHD (1440×2560 pixels) display along with a secondary 2.1-inch screen next to the earpiece with 160×1040 pixels resolution.
The Huawei P9 features a 5.2-inch full HD (1080×1920 pixels) display. When compared, the V20’s display is much crisper thanks to its QHD resolution.
The Huawei P9 is slimmer and lighter with its 6.95mm thick body which weighs 144 grams. On the other hand, the LG V20 is a bit bulky as it sports a 7.6mm thick body and weighs 174 grams.

The LG V20 is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 quad-core processor paired with Adreno 530 GPU, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of internal storage. On the other hand, the Huawei P9 features a HiSilicon Kirin 955 octa-core processor along with a Mali T880MP4 GPU. It offers 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. Looking at the specification of both devices, the V20 looks a clear winner as it offers some advanced features such as a superior processor, additional RAM, and storage when compared with the Huawei P9. While so, the price difference in between these smartphones justifies the specs difference.

Conclusion
Both the smartphones have some interesting specifications and magnificent design factors. But if you look at the specifications of the LG V20, it undoubtedly emerges as a winner. The V20 has an advanced display, specs, and more battery juice as compared to the Huawei P9.
However, it doesn’t mean that the Huawei P9 is a runner up in this battle as the P9 has a great camera and performance at sub-Rs 40000. The premium features and specifications of the LG V20 come at a premium cost and if you just need a good camera phone at an affordable price, then Huawei P9 is a good option to go for.
