The MWC 2019 event is just days away; a lot of smartphone brands will be gearing up to make some major smartphone launches. At this event, we will see new innovations like – 5G phones, foldable phones, penta-lens camera and so much more. Just days before the event, even Lenovo hinted its participation at the MWC event in Barcelona. The poster revealed by the company makes it clear that it will showcase the Lenovo Z6 Pro smartphone at the upcoming conference.
Lenovo made this announcement via Weibo where the Vice President of Lenovo Group released the poster. The poster reads – Hola Barcelona (hello Barcelona) with the hashtag #Lenovo Z6 Pro. This is an obvious hint as to which smartphone Lenovo will debut. From the circle of ripples in the poster, it can be guessed that the Z5 Pro smartphone could be one of the first wireless charging mobile phones to launch in 2019.
On the other hand, if the ripples do not indicate wireless charging, then the smartphone could just be one of the in display fingerprint scanner mobile phones we have been seeing. At this point of time, not a lot of information about this smartphone has been revealed. However, seeing that the company launched the Lenovo Z5 Pro only months back; this smartphone could be the upgraded 5G variant of the same smartphone.
Lenovo Z6 Pro: What to Expect?
The previously launched Lenovo Z5 Pro came with a bezel-less and notch-less display. Additionally, the smartphone sported a slider mechanism which housed the front camera and other sensors. We can expect the same bezel-less design and sliding camera mechanism on the Z6 Pro smartphone as well. Similarly, Z5 Pro was powered by a Snapdragon 710 processor. This time round, we can expect the Z6 Pro to be fuelled by a higher Snapdragon 712 SoC. With just days left for the MWC event, we will not have to wait for too long to get an insight on the specifications.
