Lava has recently unveiled a pair of new mid-range smartphones with a premium look and feel thanks to its metal design. The newly launched smartphones are dubbed as Lava Z10 and Lava Z25 and are priced at Rs 11,500 and Rs 18,000 respectively.
These 4G VoLTE mobiles will be made available for purchase in select retail stores in Delhi, followed by the other cities in next month. The Lava Z10 will be available in Gold colour option, whereas the Lava Z25 will be offered in Champagne Gold and Grey colour.
Coming to the specifications, the Lava Z10 features a 5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) display wrapped under a 2.5D curved glass. The smartphone is equipped with an octa-core processor paired with 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, and up to 128GB of external storage via microSD card. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS powered by Star OS 3.3.
For photography, the Lava Z10 offers an 8MP primary rear camera with LED flash and f/2.0 aperture. For selfies, there is a 5MP front-facing camera with spotlight flash. The rear camera is claimed to support Bokeh mode and Night Pro mode. The device packs a 2620mAh battery with Super Power Saver and Power Saver mode.

On the other hand, the Lava Z25 features a 5.5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) display protected by a 2.5D curved glass. The device is powered by an octa-core processor paired with 4GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage, and up to 128GB of external storage via microSD card. On the software department, the device has Star OS 3.3 which is based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS.
The Lava Z25 offers a 13MP primary rear camera with f/2.0 aperture and Sony Exmor Rs sensor. Up front, there is an 8MP selfie shooter with Spotlight flash feature which ensures better low-light images. It is a dual-SIM mobile powered by a 3020mAh battery. The device also supports Power Saver mode and Super Power Saver mode. In addition, the device also has a fingerprint scanner embedded in the home button.
Both Lava mobiles are packed with the latest multilingual keyboard which supports 11 regional Indian languages. Furthermore, they also support Smart Gestures, 3 point touch, and OTG.
