InFocus has recently launched a dual camera smartphone called the InFocus M7s in Taiwan. The latest mobile boasts an aspect ratio of 18:9 and comes with 82.3 percent screen-to-body ratio. The phone is priced at TWD 4,290 (roughly Rs 9,300) in Taiwan. InFocus is expected to launch the M7s smartphone soon in the other global markets.
InFocus M7s: Specifications
The latest InFocus mobile features a 5.7-inch HD+ (720×1440 pixels) OnCell IPS display with a 2.5D curved glass on top. It is a dual-SIM mobile and runs on Android 7.0 Nougat OS. The device is powered by a 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6737H quad-core processor clubbed with 3GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage and external storage of up to 128GB via microSD card.
For photography, the InFocus M7s offers a dual camera module at the rear which includes a 13MP sensor with f/2.0 aperture and a 5MP secondary sensor. The camera also has an LED flash which is beneficial in low-light photography. The dual camera setup allows you to capture images in Bokeh mode.
It supports full HD video recording. Up front, it has an 8MP selfie shooter with f/2.2 aperture and 120-degree wide-angle lens. The phone is also said to offer dual sight capturing similar to the one on Nokia 8 (Bothie camera). The handset is offered in Platinum Light Gold and Obsidian Black colour options. The InFocus M7s boasts rounded and comfortable metal unibody design and has curved glass on top which adorns the handset.
On the connectivity front, the latest InFocus mobile offers 4G VoLTE support, Bluetooth, micro USB port, GPS/A-GPS, Wi-Fi, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The device has a dedicated fingerprint scanner at the rear panel which is claimed to unlock the device in merely 0.2 seconds.
The sensors onboard include an ambient light sensor, accelerometer, and proximity sensor. A 4000mAh battery completes the package. The company claims that the phone can deliver up to 20 hours of talk time on 3G network and standby time of up to 528 hours on 4G network.
