HP Electronics has recently unveiled a new Chromebook in the US market called the Chromebook X2. The company is touting it as the ‘world’s first Chromebook Detachable’. That means the laptop can be used as a tablet if the display is detached from its dock. The pricing for the latest HP laptop starts at $599.99 (roughly Rs 39,000) in the US market.

The new Chromebook will be made available for purchase from June 10 in the USA; however, there is no mention of the pricing and availability of the new notebook in the international markets including India.
