Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro to Launch in India Soon

The Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro smartphone is expected to get launched in India this January. The smartphone was launched in China last year in October. Recently, a report from MySmartprice is claimed that the first Samsung Galaxy C series smartphone could be launched in India by month end. The report also suggested that Samsung will launch its Gear S3 smartwatch with the Galaxy C9 Pro, but the smartwatch has been launched in India recently. So the Galaxy C9 Pro may launch anytime soon.

The Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro aka Samsung Galaxy C9 was launched in China for a price of CNY 3199 (roughly Rs 31,700). The smartphone was available in Gold and Rose Gold color options in China and later a Black variant was announced in South Korea.

The Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro features a 6-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) AMOLED display. The smartphone come equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 653 octa-core processor coupled with Adreno 510 GPU, 6GB of RAM, and 64GB of internal storage. The handset has expandable memory up to 256GB via microSD card. It runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS and comes with a 4000mAh battery with fast charging technology. It has a fingerprint sensor embedded in the home button.

Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro to Launch in India Soon

For photography, the Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro offers a 16MP primary rear camera with dual tone LED flash and f/1.9 aperture. Up front, it has a 16MP selfie camera. For connectivity, the device has dual-SIM, 4G LTE, Bluetooth, USB Type C, GPS, NFC, and Wi-Fi. The device measures dimensions at 162.9×80.7×6.9mm and weighs 185 grams.

Samsung has recently launched its Gear S3 smartwatch in India. The smartwatch is available in two variants- Frontier and Classic. Both models come with IP68 certification which ensures resistance against dust and water. It has built-in Wi-Fi, GPS, NFC, and Bluetooth. Furthermore, the Frontier model has its own 3G/LTE chip which is competent for mobile network connectivity via LTE network.
