Samsung Galaxy TabPro S Gold Edition Tablet Launched with 8GB RAM

Samsung Tablets had launched the Galaxy TabPro S tablet earlier this year and it was the first Galaxy device that came with the Windows 10 OS and not the Android. The company now is now offering a new model of the TabPro S, covered in Gold color and features some upgraded specifications. The latest tablet is called as the Samsung Galaxy TabPro S Gold Edition.

The Samsung Galaxy TabPro S Gold Edition will be available for purchase in the US market via company’s own online store, while the best buy price will start from $999.99 which roughly indicates Rs. 66,700.

Aside from the new Gold color palette, the latest tablet has few upgraded specifications compared to the original version. The previous Galaxy TabPro S was launched with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of SDD, while the latest tablet features 8GB of RAM and 256GB SDD.

The other specifications of the Galaxy TabPro S Gold Edition are similar as of the previous version. The latest tablet runs on Windows 10 OS and features a 12-inch Super AMOLED (1440×2160 pixels) display. The device is equipped with a 2.2GHz intel Core M3 processor.

For photography, the Galaxy TabPro S Gold Edition has a 5MP camera sensor at the front as well as the back. The device is suitable for those who wish to use a single device both for business as well as the personal purpose. The latest tablet show offs a detachable keyboard accessory which could instantly turn your tablet into a laptop. The device weighs around 694 grams and measures dimensions at 290.3×198.8×6.35mm.

The latest tablet is packed with a 5200mAh battery which is claimed to deliver up to 10.5 hours of battery backup on a single charge. The device also supports the fast charging technology which could fully charge the device within 2.5 hours. For connectivity, the device includes Wi-Fi, USB Type-C port, Bluetooth and more.

While the Galaxy TabPro S Gold Edition is launched in the US market, the company hasn’t put a word about its availability in India. The previously launched Galaxy TabPro S tablet is yet to arrive in Indian market even though the device was expected to enter India in April. Considering this, the Indian consumers might have to wait long for getting their hands on Gold Edition.
