Lenovo has recently refreshed its 2-in-1 Yoga laptop range with the launch of three new models at the ongoing MWC 2018 event. The Lenovo Yoga 730 comes in 13-inch and 15-inch variants. On the other hand, the Yoga 530 is a 14-inch 2-in-1 laptop. The key highlight of the new Yoga laptops is the incorporation of latest 8th-Gen Intel Core i7 processors, full-sized keyboards, and an option to include Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 graphics card.
Mobile World Congress isn’t really the right place for laptop announcements, though Lenovo introduced these new laptops here at the event. Among these 2-in-1 laptops, the Yoga 730 has secured its place just below Lenovo’s flagship Thinkpad X1 line-up and the Yoga 920. The buyers can purchase Lenovo Active Pen 2 as an optional accessory which comes with 4,096 levels of press sensitivity while writing, drawing or explaining with Windows Ink.
Lenovo Yoga 730, Yoga 530: Price
The 13-inch model of Yoga 730 with Lenovo Active Pen 2 can cost EUR 999 (roughly Rs 80,000) for base variant. The Yoga 730 15-inch model with Active Pen 2 prices will start at EUR 1,099 (roughly Rs 88,000). Both models will be made available in April. Lastly, the Yoga 530 pricing starts at EUR 549 (roughly Rs 44,000) and it will be released in June this year.

Like mentioned before, the Lenovo Yoga 730 will be available in two variants- 13-inch and 15-inch. And the Yoga 530 laptop has a 14-inch UHD IPS display with touch support. The users can choose for up to an Ultra HD IPS touchscreen display for the Yoga 730 models and can get up to Full HD IPS touchscreen display model for Yoga 530.
The laptop is touted to come with a battery life of up to 10 hours. The hardware beneath both laptops is relatively similar. All three models come with 8th-Gen Intel Core i7 processor and with up to 16GB of RAM. The storage offered on the devices differs from the model changes- the Yoga 730 15.6-inch model can be purchased with up to 512GB of SSD, whereas the 13.3-inch variant can go up to 1TB SSD.
Lenovo has offered a dedicated fingerprint reader just below the keyboard on all these laptops. So, the users can use Windows Hello on these Yoga laptops. Not just this, these laptops come with Alexa support along with Microsoft’s Cortana assistant. That means, the two voice-enabled assistants can be used on the same laptop. This feature uses the all-new far-field microphone technology to operate.
